For those of you who don’t know what the OSL is, its time to step back and re-evaluate your life. The OSL stands for Ongamenet Starleague, but that’s not important. What’s important is that the league contains the must uber starcraft players in the world, so, yes, there are games outside of DOTA and Warlocks.

The OSL finals came down to JulyZerg, an old school zerg player with two OSL titles who had been missing from the starcraft scene for a few seasons, and Best, a relatively new protoss player, theoretically good at a lot of stuff. I say theoretically because JulyZerg spent his time WHOMPING on Best. It was pretty much like being in Hawaii 67 years ago, specifically on December 7th. in Game 2 of the series, July created a new definition of “wow-get-your-young-protoss-playing-ass-out-of-my-house.”

Below is Bisu (a protoss player whose APM regularly exceeds 400) sitting in the audience, clearly five-second alchemist stunned because of how BALLSY July is.

Its like making kobe shit his pants because of how baller you are.

You can watch Game 2 below, the first six or so minutes are the best minutes of your life. And i have spent nights on end with Daggius’ mom. Engineers are kinky. the last 8 minutes are non-professional, but good, english commentators talking. props to them.
