Put the Javelin where it belongs: in the trash
Who’s shitty idea was it to add another pointless damage item to the game that people only get as a stepping stone for a bigger item? No one ever gets a Javelin just to get a Javelin, because it sucks. They only get a Javelin to make a Monkey King Bar. And if they did want to get a Javelin, they could just get a Claymore instead since at 1400 gold, it costs the same as Claymore and does essentially the same thing (deals damage and that’s it). Why not just delete the item from the game and use two Claymores to make MKB? Or better yet, just make MKB the old way with a Demon Edge and a Quarterstaff. Yes, the Javelin is a pointless addition to the game that only complicates things. From the name, you’d expect it to do something cool like launch projectiles that spear people, but no, it’s just another needless damage item.
Get out of Dota. You suck!

WOOO! -agree demon edge+2 quarter staffs or something, that way going the quarterstaffs before dmeon edge MIGHT actually be useful

maybe.. just the attackspeed would kind of be a random effect thats added when you compelte the mkb, thats how i think of it anyway, and partly the reason i think javelin is pointless; it doesnt add any attackspeed.

nah keep it. change MKB recipe to be just 4x javelins, no demons edge, no $$ recipe. save you a trip too.
