Dota for meatheads

There’s plenty of downtime in every Dota game, so make sure you’re using it to bulk up, okay bra?

  • While you’re waiting for people to join your game, do situps.
  • Blast your triceps during the loading screen.
  • Clench your buns until creeps spawn.
  • If someone pauses the game, do biceps curls.
  • If you get killed, do pushups until respawn.
