Dota for meatheads
There’s plenty of downtime in every Dota game, so make sure you’re using it to bulk up, okay bra?
- While you’re waiting for people to join your game, do situps.
- Blast your triceps during the loading screen.
- Clench your buns until creeps spawn.
- If someone pauses the game, do biceps curls.
- If you get killed, do pushups until respawn.
