1. In game, open console using ctrl+F8
2. Type “ReplayRecordStart <filename>.rep” (replace <filename> with anything)
3. Exit console with ctrl+F8 again
4. To stop recording, go back into console and type “ReplayRecordStop”
5. Open your Heroes of Newerth folder (in Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\replays), copy “<filename>.rep” to your Heroes of Newerth game folder (in windows: C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game) so the “<filename>.rep” is in the same directory as your executable.
6. Start a practice mode game, load the game, open console, and type “StartReplay <filename.rep>”, exit console and watch
