S2 Developing Dumpster Taunt


The Legendary Dumpster “Whiteboard Dumpster” which appeared in Whiteboard Mad.

So, I’ve been emailed by someone with information concerning the beta development of Heroes of Newerth that they will be taking the word brought to greatness by Dotally Rad, dumpster, to the HoN in the form of a purchasable taunt.

The only problem is they need Daggius or I to voice the taunt, because then it’s instantly a classic . Let us be fully aware of the pressure on S2 to faithfully represent the most used, and significant word in HoN’s history: dumpster. Lets think of possible ways the taunt could be implemented:

 

1). Large, ugly dumpster to come out from near the hero. Hero is then tossed into dumpster and it goes ‘Right into the dumpster’
2). Dumpster comes from underneath them, and engulfs them. This would be getting dumpstered, but not getting tossed into the dumpster. Dumpsters also don’t eat people. They act as inanimate objects that await appropriate tossing and not actively involved in finding those to be dumpstered.

3). Dumpster falls from sky and crushed person. This would be getting crushed by a dumpster, and not faithful to the dumpster tradition.

 

So we have to have something that involves a hero model being embarrassingly inserted into a dumpster, and it has to let everyone involved with the game know someone has been dumpstered hard. Or it could yell ‘Big Plays’ while they’re being dumpstered. Anyone have any ideas?
